“This place needs an update. It must be extremely difficult for the staff to juggle all the guests from flawed room to flawed room...if it wasn't the air conditioning is was major leaks. However, the staff was very friendly and never rude...despite being bombarded with grouchy guests and untenable circumstances. The food was good for an all-inclusive. We had steak, lamb chops, salmon, civiche and many Mexican favorites... Overall we enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to return... after the renovation....wait almost forgot, the pool closes at 8pm...if you are a night 🦉 this place is not for you.”
